In addition to offering gluten-free and lactose-free desserts, we always strive to make our desserts better and healthier, lower in cholesterol and in sugar.
We engage in collaborative projects with the Department of Food Technologies at Tuscia University, combining our passion with research and innovation.

To us, Tuscia is many things in one.
It is a journey to discover authentic flavors. It is a land rich in history, landscapes and fertile ground. To us, Tuscia is inspiration and roots. It is home to the Etruscan civilization and the Via Francigena. Its ideal microclimate and excellent raw materials give our creations their inimitable taste, such as that of the hazelnuts from the Cimini Hills and the butter made from fresh milk cream.

In addition to having developed completely lactose-free and gluten-free products, we are also trying to lower sugar and cholesterol levels, and collaborate with the Department of Food Technology at Tuscia University in order to create innovative solutions to make healthier and better tasting desserts.

Passion and craftsmanship are the heart of our pastry making approach.
All of our desserts are in fact carefully prepared in our bakeries by young pastry chefs who love to get their hands dirty.
Our highly specialized team is in love with flavor and is always attempting to find the perfect combination.
While we participate in continuous refresher courses to keep up with the times, we also know how to stay true to tradition.
